In our previous issue we talked about the association of trees with man. While not every tree in a dream is representative of man, when a tree is highlighted in a dream there is a good chance that that is exactly what is happening.

Here is the Dream that was presented in Issue number twelve. I asked you, the reader, to try your hand at interpreting. I posed a number of questions to help you focus on different aspects of the dream. I will repost those below the dream as well.

12/22/2022

I am out in a wilderness area and there are some roads. I plan to go down a particular road to get to a particular place. A father and someone else are up in a very large vehicle (maybe even bigger than an earthmover) and the father tells me instead to go up to the next road and to take a right  then go to the end and It will be there. 

I see the top of a very large pine tree that has a cone shaped crown on the top that I will remove and use as a crows nest.

Additional Dream information

• My goal in the dream was to find the perfect Christmas tree.

• This dream occurred 12/22/22 just before Christmas

• I was immediately obedient to the man in the Earthmover knowing him to be an authority.

Another thing I remembered going over this dream a number of times. (Some things we don’t write because we see a picture in our head of the scene and these things may not seem important or they don’t occur to us at the time.)

• The earthmover was at a junction in the road. The road I was on ended and from the earthmover I was to head right, go up the road and take a right. This was visually the way I saw it.

• An organization of people with the crown being the head, the President or King.

• A personal destination with a reward at the end.

• Exactly what I am looking for in life.

• The everyday people that you encounter or pass by.

• Your personal journey.

3. What does the Top of the Tree represent in the dream?

• Victory.

• A crown or reward.

4. Who is “The Earthmover”? The man in the earthmover?

• Father God or Jesus.

5. Who might the other person in the earthmover be?

• Jesus or Holy Spirit.

6. What might the instructions from the man, mean to me?

• To forgo my plans and follow His plan.

• To get on the right road and stay on it until the end.

Some other questions that pop up.

1. What is the crows nest?

• A crows nest is a lookout. It is a elevated place to see out in the distance.

• It is the place of a watchman.

• Prophets can also see out in the distance (the future)

2. I was going to a particular place on a particular road. What does that indicate?

• It means that I was not just aimlessly going through life but was following a predetermined plan and I was heading to a specific place or goal.

3. Does the junction where the earthmover is, mean anything?

• I could mean I will come to a point on my journey where I have an encounter with God and will receive instructions.

• It could be a decision point during my journey counseling me to get on the right road and stay on it until the end.

Interpretation:

There is more than one message in this dream.

First: Father God is telling me to go down the right road, stay on that road until the end and receive my crown. (this is my life message)

Second message of the Dream is that I am suppose to take the the position, the posture of, or responsibility of, a Watchman. In the dream I am to take possession of the crows nest. (This is a calling or mantling for my life)

The numbers associated with the date of this dream (12/22/2022) are significant to me since the Lord speaks to me in numbers. 1222, 222 and 2222 are all significant.

I receive these numbers as a confirmation of other things the Lord is speaking to me.

God can and does give you dreams with messages and also confirms other revelations and occurrences in your life. He can do both at the same time.

This dream confirms the other things God is speaking through numbers, while also giving me the call of a watchman, counseling me to stay on the “right” path and to keep my eyes on the prize, the crown.
